Camp style demos, drills, games, and play: 8:45-11:45 am
90-120 minutes of skill development followed by 60-90 minutes of game like drills and play.

20 Teams max per day with 1st come 1st served in registration!! Both members of the Team must be registered to claim your spot officially.

Team arrival 8:15 am check in and warm up
Matches 8:30-11:30 am
Teams will be in pools or brackets depending on number of teams per day.
Teams Leveled based on ability. (Upper and Lower)

Uniform Requirements

Apparel and Club Wear

Club apparel is to be worn for each practice. Find your *fit with your partner! Look good/feel good/play good!!

New Members to the club must purchase a tank or shirt from our online store, or from our apparel partner, Moda Urbano. (many new options available)

Returning Members May wear previous year’s merch as long as it fits well and is in good condition.

**Subs- if you have a sub for more than 2 days, they must purchase a top as well.

**When a team plays in a tournament it is custom and recommended the team have matching tops.

Important Info: How We Handle Subs, Refunds, Injuries, and Weather

Subs: players sign up to play with specific partners for the season. If their *normal partner can’t make one or more of the practices a sub may be found. That sub must also register, pay, and complete waivers. If the sub participates for more than 2 practices, they must purchase a uniform top. It is NOT recommended to show up for practice by yourself and without a sub. Our program works with partners, and it’s not an easy thing to work in with another pair. A sub should be of similar ability and age.

Refunds: We don’t offer refunds for missed practices for appointments, vacations, emergencies, injuries to your player or your player’s partner, or for weather issues and reschedules. **If there is room in another training or tournament day, it **may be possible to include your player/team in that day.

Injuries: Unfortunately, injuries are a part of sports. We have been very lucky over our 10 years so far to have had very few minor injuries. If a player is injured and is registered, we will offer a credit for the following season only. The partner of the injured player should do their best to find a sub for the duration of their registered program length. Credits are offered for a canceled class due to low or not enough participation in a program. If a reschedule for weather or holiday is announced and is beyond the control of Surface VBC a credit will not be awarded. We are an outdoor program and schedule flexibility is a normal ask for those participating.

Members did a very good job accepting issues with this in 2025 and a few credits are planned for a few in 2026. *If notification of a reschedule was made and your player failed to notify or attend, there is no credit offered.

Weather Issues: if severe weather forces us to delay or cancel a scheduled practice, you will be notified by 7 am. A proposed reschedule will be announced that may impact your scheduling. Unfortunately, we can’t accommodate everybody and the facility availability is also subject to change. This is why we do our very best to hold our scheduled programs and deal with some crappy conditions from time to time. We will not hold practice with lightning in the area and can enter the building for safety at any time.
